DPZ CoDesign

Founded in 1980 by Andrés Duany and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk, DPZ is the firm behind Seaside, Florida and a co-founder of the Congress for the New Urbanism. With more than 300 built projects and honors including the Richard H. Driehaus Prize and the Vincent Scully Prize, DPZ laid out Live Oak Commons as a true neighborhood: a connected street grid, a village green at the center, and parks and porches within a five-minute walk of every home.
